Complaints Procedure

Scoil Mhuire Policy for Dealing with Complaints

 

1.       All complaints will initially be brought to the attention of the person about whom the complaint is being made.

 

2.       Serious cases should be referred immediately to the Principal, or where the complaint is being made about the Principal, to the Deputy Principal.

 

3.       Where complaints remain unresolved at school level, the matter will be referred to the Board of Management.
